Thought for the Day
Doubt isn't the opposite of faith; it is an element of faith.

Doubt makes room for faith. I don't mind dobut so much - it hedges against arrogance, a thing to which I carry great vulnerability (for no identifieable reason).
What bothers me most about doubt is the emotional side of it - how I feel when it weighs down on me. Yet, it is that very feeling that pushes me toward faith. So, I like the results that do happen with coubt and not the result that I fear will happen, but rarely ever do.

I've been catching up with your blog just now - wow! Great thoughts on being real and having doubts and all. I may just go back and read what ya wrote last May! :)
Oh, and love the bananas.
Oh, and love the bananas.
Doubt is both an enemy to faith and an ally. If we struggle through it makes us stronger. If we back down and let it dominate, it defeats us.
