Road Trip....

Terri and I are heading to Memphis tomorrow....Third Day Concert with David Crowder tomorrow night!!! Woo Hoo!!

We will also get to meet fellow blogger Tommy and his lovely wife Kim as well as some of their friends.

I am so excited!!!

Comments:
Think we will pick up Brad Pitt on the way????

Sounds like a fun weekend--I saw Third Day in concert a couple of years ago, and they were fantastic! I'd go see them again anytime.

My sister and I have our own trip planned--we're going to Las Vegas this weekend. She has a conference to attend and I'm tagging along. We promise to be good!

By the way, Thelma and Louise met an unfortunate end--I'm sure your weekend will be MUCH better!

I'm so jealous!!! I would love to go to that concert - more specifically, I'd love to go with the two of you!!!!

Have fun, be careful, let us hear that you made it home safely..... (just practicing for if/when I'm a mom). :-)

Have a GREAT time!!

Yeah! Good for you guys! Have an awesome worship experience!!! Third Day is great. I will be listening to their cd on the way to work today in honor of your trip! Be safe and have fun.

I'm wish this was the opening to our Worship services. I think it would change our liturgy.

Be safe.

Come and Listen - David Crowder Band

Come and listen, come to the water's edge, all you who know and fear the Lord.
Come and listen, come to the water's edge all you who are thirsty, come.

Let me tell you what He has done for me.
Let me tell you what He has done for me,
He has done for you,
He has done for us.

Come and listen,
come and listen to what He's done.
Praise our God for He is good.

He has done for me,
He has done for you,
He has done for us.

Third Day gives a concert like no other. Why? Because it's not even a concert, it's an all out, blow out worship session!
Be safe Thelma and Louise. I'll be praying for you. Please pray for me as I speak tonight at the ladies retreat. I'm feeling the need to vomit this morning!

Do you see this? Look around there ... back behind my ears...down a bit ... yeah... the side of my neck ... see that greenish tint? I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo jealous .... wahhhhhhhhhhh ... but happy for you guys! Have a blast. I love Dave Crowder (just have to close my eyes...he's one freaky looking dude) ... Third Day is not my favorite, but I think their new song Cry Out To Jesus is the best thing they have recorded that I have listened to. I think this is the Christian concert of the year.

JR went to hear Casting Crowns, Nicole Nordeman, and Josh Bates last night in Mobile. I would have gone, but I committed to 31 nights of preaching at Central ... and it was only night 2!

I'm jealous too!! It would be a blast to go with you guys!!! Hope you have a great time!

I missed the Casting Crowns/ Nicole Nordeman concert that was in town a couple of weeks ago and I'm still mad about it. I need to do a better job of keeping up!

I'll be praying for safe travel and spirit inspired worship and fellowship!

My sister Sari is great friend with many of the wives of the David Crowder Band who are from right here in Waco, Texas. Great guys! Have fun!

I saw Third Day with Michael W. Smith and Max Lucado a few years ago (the "Come Together and Worship" tour). One of the best concerts I've ever seen.

Have a great time!

I bet the concert was great! DC and Third Day are great entertainers, but also tremendous worshippers.
