Where Am I?

This morning I woke up not knowing for sure what day it was nor where I was supposed to be. Don't you hate that feeling? The realization that it was work was softened slightly by the fact that it is Wednesday. Only two working days left this week!

I used my remote start on my car for the first time this morning. It was hysterical watching my dog try to figure out how I got in that car without him seeing me... I hate to laugh at my dog's expense (no I don't)

We watched Pirates part II last night....it was a little LONG for my taste but OK. The best thing was hearing them say "Captain Jack Sparrow" since this is one of Matthew's favorite phrases right now.

I am starting to get real excited about Christmas.
HO-HO-HO!

Comments:
I agree on Pirates. I did not like it nearly as much and I thought they changed Sparrow into one of the Three Stooges.

But I did laugh a few times.

Shalom,
Bobby Valentine

I guess that after the kids grow up there's always grandchildren.

I liked Pirates I a lot better than Pirates II. I'm surprised Stoogelover slept through it since the "Stoned" guy thought they turned Sparrow into a stooge.

After Greg's comment about the Christmas season I thought, is that "Stoogelover" or "Scroogelover?" But then he went on to redeem himself.

I haven't seen PII yet...but I am impressed with your remote starter! That's cool!

I wish I had some of your excitement. I have been playing Chrismas music for over a week now but I just can't seem to get excited about it this year.

Greg,

Knowing your sense of humor, I trust that you took my jesting in the spirit it was intended. I knew that you were actually referring to the commercialism. Halloween week, we had to walk through the Christmas wrap aisle to get to the costumes. Our mailbox is filled with catalogs every day.

I laughed out loud at your comment about Booby's disservice to the stooges.

Anything can happen in the blogosphere. Donna writes this simple account of watching a movie with her grandson and look at where we've taken it. We're lucky she doesn't come back here and delete us all.

Ya'll are killing me this morning. This truly sounds like a coffee shop conversation!
Pirates 2 was a big hit with my sons. I didn't like all the gross factor this time. Yuk. I bit too much slime for this mom.
Lucky you with a remote, but I'm just thankful for the garage. I didn't have one OR a carport for 16 years!
Dog's make life fun!

OK...I am laughing out loud becasue Wade called Bobby....booby and he had already been called "that stoned guy" Bobby, don't boycott me!!

I love the dialouge after the post, it is actually my favorite part of blogging!!

Oops. I don't even want to know how Sigmund Freud would have analyzed that kind of slip.
