Cartoons
JD used a Road Runner/ Coyote graphic to sign off his blog today. As I mentioned to him that is one of my favorite cartoons. I am not sure why....maybe the lack of dialouge, but the ever inventive yet failed ways of the Coyote. One of my other favorites is Bugs Bunny, for the opposite reason. He is so full of witty and sarcastic dialouge....
So what are your favorite cartoons?

Ah...what a great question. I may borrow it! lol
I have to vote for Johnny Quest ... always a favorite of mine.
Next is Scooby Doo.
I love Road Runner, but I have too much angst over my compassion for the coyote to enjoy it without guilt.
My granddaughter sometimes watches a cartoon that featurs the Grimm Reaper ... who is more of a bumbling loveable bad guy. What is the message here? It's too much fun to think about the twisted theology of it.
I love Rug Rats & also the Wild Thornberrys.
My son used to watch DOUG...great cartoon.
I also love Charlie Brown...after all...he is me.
I DO NOT LIKE:
Spongebob
Bratz
Edd, Edd, & Eddie
wonder what's on cartoon network now...

You know, I think I always preferred the live-action Saturday morning shows to the cartoons... (Shazam, Isis, even the Hudson Brother's show... you name, it, I watched it.) I did like Bugs Bunny, but when the Roadrunner cartoons were on, I was always so mad that the coyote never got to catch him. It just wasn't fair!
Loved Johnny Quest and Scooby Doo
But what about Super Chicken, Magilla Gorilla and George of the Jungle? All good clean fun without adult innuendos.
Oh for the good old cartoon days.
Fun question
Neva
PS --you mean 24 isn't real? :)
